Witness appeal following burglary reports in Blackwater

We are appealing for witnesses and information following reports of burglaries in Blackwater.

Officers were called to a report that a green bicycle had been stolen from a shed on Kingsway between 2am and 3am on Saturday 18 January (44250025679).

We also received a report of a burglary at 3.50am on 18 January at an address on Grosvenor Court (44250025317).

It was reported that sunglasses and food were stolen from inside a car which was parked outside the property. A house key was also taken from the vehicle and entry to the address was attempted. Nothing was stolen from inside the property.

Officers attended the address and located the green bicycle which had been stolen from the Kingsway address.

We also received reports of a man trying to gain access to cars in the Waldorf Heights (44250025311) and Oakfield Road (44250025262) areas between 2am and 4am.

Since these incidents were reported to us, officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries and would like to appeal for witnesses.

Were you in the areas at the times mentioned above? Did you witness any suspicious behaviour? Do you have any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage which could help our investigations?
