Do you recognise this man? We would like to speak to him in connection with a reported public order incident at Hythe Library car park. During the incident, which occurred between 2.40pm and 2.55pm on Monday 12 May, it’s reported that an unknown man on a bicycle approached and verbally abused the victim – a woman in her 20s. The man is reported to have sworn at the woman and then punched her car wing mirror, causing the glass to break. The man we’d like to speak to in connection with the incident is described as; • White We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
