||
Do you recognise this man? We would like to speak to him in connection with a fire which occurred inside the men’s toilets at The Ship Inn, Quay Road, Lymington. During the incident, which happened in one of the cubicles between 4.45pm and 5pm on Thursday 31 July, it’s reported that a toilet roll, within a plastic holder, was ignited, causing damage in the process. Thankfully, the fire was quickly extinguished. We believe the man in this image, who was also in the company of three young children, can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us. Also, if you witnessed anything of the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone or dash cam footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us. You can do this by calling 101, or by reporting online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website, quoting incident number 44250343859.
