Appeal following commercial burglary in Locks Heath |

We are investigating a commercial burglary of an ATM at Locks Heath Centre that took place overnight.
Shortly before 04:30am this morning (Wednesday 17 September) we were called to Morrisons Daily at Locks Heath Centre where an ATM had been removed.
Officers followed a Transit van leaving the area towing the ATM. The van was successfully stopped on Centre Way with the ATM recovered. The driver managed to leave the area and remains outstanding. A second vehicle was located on Ascot Close abandoned a short time later, which we believe is linked to this theft.
No arrests have been made at this time and our enquiries are ongoing to establish what happened and identify the individuals involved in this incident.
